Introduction.
G J Gardner were keen to build a modern classical home with superior design and lots of emphasis on character and fine detailing.
We decided the black and white linear board would be the ideal building material and in choosing these colours we achieved the "Cape Cod" feel we were looking for.
The design of this spacious showhome proved to be a winning formula and it was sold within a few weeks.
Better still it went on to win a silver award at the Master Builders awards in 2011 - further confirmation that our ideas and our attention to the finest details are right on target!
