| Q: | How much do you charge for a project? |
A: | We normally come and meet with you first to ascertain your requirements and importantly to get to know you. And you us! This first meeting allows us to work out what is required, so we can give you an estimate on the cost of your project. We normally charge on an hourly basis for smaller projects and we also charge a travelling fee, if you reside out of New Plymouth. This can all be explained to you, if you give us a call or email. We are always happy to discuss our fees so you have an idea of what to budget. |
Q: | What if we don’t gel with your ideas? | |
A: |  We are here to listen to you and achieve what you want - not necessarily what we want to see. This is very important. We aim to cater for our clients’ taste. We are never offended if you say you don’t like something we present to you…This is how we get to know your likes and dislikes. Tell us what you want and we will deliver. However, we will always tell you if we think something is really not right. That is our job and where our experience comes in. Very often we work out with our first meeting, what a client would like, just by asking lots of questions and getting to know them. Call it interior psychology! For the record, so far we have never had a client who has not been happy with their finished project (that we know of!). | |
| Q: | Do you travel around New Zealand? |
A: | Yes we do, however we obviously have to charge for travel and accommodation - but we think we are worth it! Often we have advised on projects through email and computer technology but we really prefer to view the proposed site/project plan. |
Q: | Do you have any clients who we could talk to that you have done work for? |  |
A: | Yes, just about your project and we can give you some references to check out. |
Q: I am an extremely busy person, who just does not have the time to organise the revamp of my house, but it desperately needs doing. Can you organise everything? | ||
 | A: | Yes, that is our forte. However, we will need to have regular meetings with you to obtain your OK on things at various stages. But the rest can be left in our capable hands while you carry on and do what you are good at! We have the people to deliver work to the highest standard. |
